The new show comes after his American Pickers’ co-star claimed the series was ‘done’
‘American Pickers is still on the landscape for new shows,’ he said in an Instagram post.
‘I can’t wait for you guys to experience the stories from the road and the people that have uncovered some epic pieces.’
His clarification came after Colby claimed American Pickers was ending after 27 seasons.
Colby, who was celebrating her 50th birthday at the time, captioned an Instagram post about the History channel show, ‘OK, here we go! BIG transitions in the works.’
After speaking about how she observed her birthday, she claimed: ‘I just found out that American Pickers is done.’
Colby said of the show’s ending in relation to her personally: ‘I am at this epic crossroads where I’ve laid out what I want to do – so I already have that plan in motion.
‘But now is the time where I like have to, like, fully dig in and commit to this plan that I have laid out.’
She added that ‘without the financial support of American Pickers, it’s ‘going to be a wild one.’

American Pickers, created by Mike Wolfe, first arrived on the air in 2010 featuring Colby and the late Frank Fritz.
Fritz died in September of 2024 at 60 after years of health complications.
His ailment caused him to leave the show in 2021, and he suffered a stroke the following year.
American Pickers focuses on a group of businesspeople from the Midwest scouring the country for rare collectibles they plan to resell or keep.
